This mini skirt measures 15 inches from waist to hem,
and the elastic waistband in the back stretches from 10 inches to approximately 14 inches.
This skirt originally had shorts sewn into it. But I cut them out a few years ago because I
couldn't put it on otherwise. Also, take note of the details in the picture below.
The seam has ripped at the top of the waist on the left hip (this is because this skirt is extremely
difficult for me to pull up over my hips), and the seam in the rear has been slitted to make it a little
easier to put on. Lastly, there is a small spot of black ink on the front, about 2 inches up
from the hem (surprisingly, it doesn't show in the top picture for some reason). It is because
of these flaws that I went ahead and set the price on this skirt so low.
